Well basically I passed my test last Saturday and after spending 7 hours ringing up every 0800 numbered insurance company yesterday, the lowest anyone can do is £4750. Done a quick search of putting the car as being owned by my Mum and her being the main driver and me as a named driver. That came back at £2496 which I can just about do, however my name is down as the registered keeper, just wondering if this is legal as a few lads I know have done similar things but with their parent's name on the logbook. HELP!
