| well bit of a shit update but maybes keeps people watching . Had a shite weekend, started with going around a corner, hitting a bump and jamming one of the rear drums up :/... so tried to fix it on the night but cba with the darkness so left it till Saturday; as it happens one of the shoes had popped off the piston and jammed against the hub and drum. also bled the brakes for good measure hover car sorry i have no pics of Steve after a wash but it wasn't the best of jobs, just a quick bath and polish Then tonight i got bored after work so decided to remove the EGR valve and give it a good old clean as i've been having a few issue with inconsistent power and idling. Thats the EGR in the centre of the pic with a plug on top and exhaust feed coming of it can see by the state of the mounting, it was a bit clogged up with shite. i love engines and thats the EGR valve Cleaned it up, put it on and after a quick run out it seems to idle a lot better but yet to have a long enough journey to judge on the power. Well, hope i can actually get to make the car look half decent soon :/ yet to have a car long enough to have a decent wheel / tyre combo on. roll on summer | |

| Well bi of an update, got themk1 arosa rear lights ftted and looks 5x better. Have decided to put the wheel refurb off for another month as i would prefer for the car to b perfect mechanically and clean before wheels (wheels should be sorted for around June). So at least they will be done for th summer . Have ordered an autoglym cleaning kit just down to th fact that i was running low on everything so for the price i was saving money. Have just bought a nilfisk c110 so hopefully get a foam lance sometime soon and crack on with that. Instead o wheels i am hoping to get the bootbuild finished, a few parts sprayed, tidy the engine bay up, replace clutch and thrust bearing, possibly change alternator / tensioner as its strugling to charge. Will ge some pics up of th car when its clean but will see you all sunday yey springdub | |

| Nothing much has really happend since th last upsat; sprayed the vents from pruprle to gloss black (need a polish) and will get some pics up soon. Have a loads of mechanicals to be doing next week:
- Alternator change,
- Full service (plugs, oil, coolant, oil filter, air filters, polen filter),
- New HT leads,
- Re-join exhaust (cat keeps pulling it apart on bumps)
- Outer CV boot,
- Wheel bearing,
- Clutch, thrust bearing and sleeve change,
- Good old wash.
Hopefully getting alloys refurbed ready for new rubber next month. Will try and gt some pics up in the next week ifit gets a clean and maybes get somepics of the work when i d it on some how to's | |

| cheers, went to one of dean's mates for a quote on getting them refurbed but unfortunetly to get a decent result on the polished lip he said i would need to go to a specialist that can machine and powder coat finish :/ bit opf a set back so need to save more money. | |
