| At the stage with my car now where i hate it... Looking at pics from UD today and then looking at mine im sick of it. Its gunna need some serious funds to get it looking the way i want as i need a full respray, i still need to figure out how to get the front end down some more and even after all that im not gunna get noticed at anything. The standard of cars at shows is fucking nuts and little plain jane fabia aint gunna cut it.
Dunno what to do anymore. Might get rid and crack on with life with a normal car as im never gunna get this car where i wanted it.
If you do this you will be named the biggestest bell end yhis side of uganda!!! And i wont be ya friend so there lol

| It takes a lot to make a car worthy for UD, but most of them aren't even dailies and are stuck in the garage after shows | |

| YOUR NOT GETTING THE WHOLE IDEA OF OWNING A CAR!!!! NEITHER DO ALL THOSE OTHER BELLENDS AT THESE SHOWS!!! the whole point of owning a modding a car is to do it in stages and USE THE THING these lads at car shows dont tell you they either live with mammy and daddy or have RICH parents.. there cars dont get driven or even see day light man.. ffs man up get some balls and keep modding them guys wouldnt know the meaning of owning a car if they tried yeah there names on a log book but they dont own it the whole point of ownership is to drive it and use it and more importanly enjoy it .. all of the cars on here need things but thats the point there never finished | |

| X3 the whole point of doing what we do is to pit your personal touch on your motor and as deano said they only own the log book the work they have done to their cars isnt their own its all done by garages and shops its shit realy. If I had the money id make mine look like a rally car lol wide arches archgap the lot lol the thing is you drive your car they dont they only see the odd mile to show grounds rhey dont have the danglers to drive it daily lol sell the car you will regret the fact that you gave up bud plus i live what 5 milea from you... Ill beat you with a very large stick also! | |

| prime example a really good friend of mine introduced me to a guy who owns a cossie with nearly 700bhp bare in mind it is an absolutle minter but has done 300 mile in 10 year he banged on and on and on about this bhp figure i said whats it like on the road his reply was " duno never use it on the road" my reply to that was well what the fucks the point in having an engine sell it and put paving slabs there to lwer the car back down as its about as much use as paving slabs..4 if i had the money yes i would get the best of everything but i would use the fucking thing thats the point buying to fit to use to enjoy ( im guna get a sticker saying that ) otherwise your wasting your time and life looking at an ornament.. if you buuy some £2k wheels and curb them you get them fixed and drive on them again and again thats the point .. sloanes put your dummy back in get a grip and start doing the things you want to do to the car search ebay sites everywhere i do and look at my results i havnt spent much on mine at all.. look at dans polo nice wheels dropped looks nuts then thats the basis of dubbing it doesnt have to be absolutly show mint its a "work in progress" people appreciate that in the dub world well real people anyway now dan and likes of me buy bits as we go and i tell you fucking what !!!!! I ENJOY MY MODS ALOT MORE THAN THESE TRALOR WANKERS DO AS I PAID FOR THEM BY SAVING UP AND DOING IT MYSELF AND GETTING THE BENIFITS OF LOOKS AND WAVES WHEN DRIVING THATS THE BEAUTY OF MODYFIYING CARS APPRECIATE TO BE APPRECAITED START FROM GROUND UP MAKE IT YOUR OWN INSTEAD OF FOLLOWING THE SHEEP AND TRAILOR WANKERS AND I HAVNT GOT A STICK BUT UVE GOT A BIG FUCK OFF IRON BAR IF THAT COUNTS | |

| Exactly when you put the effort in yourself that makes you a modifier and it makes you proud to own it. i.e. take deanos bootlid instead of taking it to aodyshop he did it himself not just handing over a cheque. The point is its how the car makes you feel and do your mods relect you, you could have awesome paintwork and expensive mods BUT if the execution of them mods is all wrong it ruins it all. Now if your mods are good and the car maybe average but the execution is spot on it makes the car and the imperections are overlooked. Cheers for the kind words btw deano unles ther e is another dan with a polo lmao | |

| Na its not that, everyone mods a car for their own reason. Im really into having a super clean car and wanting it to look so clean u can eat ur dinner off it. Guess im just a bit pissed at the paintwork at the minute, the bad weather dont help either like. Ill plod on and see what i can do with it. | |

| why dont you pay for a proper 2000grit flat and buff g3 polish its only cheap nd will transform your paint work and dan yes its yours mate lol when you were sitting behined me on the wayt to the show it looked sweet ive always been a massive fan of the breadvan type polo very retro and to me feel cosey onside point is chris everyone here has things there not happy about me my arches and wanting me roof done and me leather sorting as i hate the colour me front bumper point is thats the point were getting at YOU WILL NEVER HAVE A CAR YOU CAN EAT YOUR DINNER OFF BECAUSE YOU USE IT ON A DAILY BASIS THATS THE POINT YOUR FIGHTING A LOSING BATTLE | |

| Ain't that the truth! ^
You were happy as larry at springDub mate, that's also what it's about. There's a lot of downsides to what we do. But it's days like that when it makes it all worth it surly right? You know the stand looked wicked that day, and vw fest! Vw fest man! Come on the up when they do occure far outweigh the daily shit and endless cleaning. Stick with it buddy
