| Okay so some new plans for the Fabia to do over the next few month.Â
- Remove all rub strips including the registration plate surround, fill and sand smooth then paint. More than likely Gunna paint them black but will also photoshop them matching the car to see what it looks like. - smooth and paint engine cover to match the colour of the car on the lower part then gloss black on the top part. - smooth and paint the grill surround (that is currently carbon vinyl) either gloss black or red to match depending what I decide to do with the rub strips. - HID's - Refurb wheels, possibly colour change to blue or re-do black but properly. - Fit a splitter which I will also smooth and paint gloss black. - Have rear bumper repaired (small patch of paint missing and some dents from people removing stuff from boot) - Induction kit - Trim exhaust tip so it doesn't hang below the bumper.
That's the plans so far. | |

| Okay so started a bit of VW fest prep today, not too much just gave the car a good clean and used some meguires paint cleaner to strip back any polish/wax I had on so I can see the problem areas for machine polishing next week, it revealed some light swirls everywhere on the car which is gay and the bonnet/front end is stone chipped to bits would love a respray but that will have to wait. As usual I took some pics (sorry for instagramming them but don't have computer at the min) While I was cleaning it I had 2 people stop their cars and got out to ask if I do cleaning and if I could do theirs so got a couple of motors to detail next week (VW fest spending money ) That's all for now | |
