so after sorting all the stuff the 6N failed its MOT on the problem it had starting got even worse. turns over and fires then cuts out about a second later. replaced the spark plugs and fuel filter and messed about with it for a while, absolutely nothing. anyone got any ideas?

few people have said that, might have to rip it out. my dads mate has said to change the fuel pump relay too

Yeah, could be fuel pump relay too, is it priming ok when you turn the ignition on to second click?

sorry mate I forgot to check this. was a plug off one of the immobiliser wires under the dash, starts first time every time and runs fine. insured last night, retest in half an hour and taxed today!
