|  We are holding our first monthly meet in August. "The Garage" are being kind enough to let us use their car park to host the meet and will also hopefully have "Crazy LED" open as well in case our members wish to buy themselves some LED bulbs, HID's etc while they are there. There is a strict no racing, wheel spinning or bad driving policy, anyone caught abusing this will be asked to leave immediately and will be banned from any future meets.

| Just been thinking of ideas, was wondering if anyone wanted to hold a car of the meet type thing at each monthly meet? Maybe a lil voting slip, people fill it in and see who wins at the end? winner gets a window sticker or something until we get our hands on something worth winning properly?

| Since the turnout seems like its going to be decent we will also be looking to raise some funds for a charity. Basically a close family friend's 8mnth old son is really poorly and its not looking good for him and theres a charity that helps out and as a family we all been doing as much as we can to raise some money for them so heres my chance. Im sure its the Sick Children's Trust but ill confirm it and get a fund raiser pack sent from them hopefully in time for our meet.
Whether its 20p or £5 any money donated will be very much appreciated. Ill get some more info on the charity etc and post it up when i have it. | |
