VW Fest ClubStand

Okay so as u lot know we have a club stand booked for VWFest. Currently our club stand is for 8 cars but can be increased or reduced depending on turnout however we do need confirmation of who will be attending and wanting to be part of the club stand.
We require all cars featuring in the clubstand to be displaying the DUBaSCRUB window vinyl which can be collected at the event (We dont mind if these are removed after VWFest)

Applying for space:
Please add your name,
Where your from,
Pictures of your motor,
What days you will be attending,
and confirmation that you have purchased VW Fest tickets.

**Please note, as there are limited space, depending on how many people want to attend we may need to pick certain cars from the people wanting to go, if your not picked please dont be offended.

Today we have received a email from the organisers to inform us we must confirm numbers by the end of this weeks. We origionally had 7 cars down so I asked to increase to 15 cars.

Please ensure your name is down if you wish to go. Any extra we will decide on final cars, also if they won't let us increase to 15 cars we will have to decide who is on the stand but hopefully they will let us have 15.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT ANYONE ATTENDING MUST HAVE PRE-PURCHASED THEIR TICKETS ONLINE!

Confirmed we have 14 spaces.

I need everyone's addresses to post you'r club stand passes so if everyone can inbox me their full name and address so I can get these posted soon.
