having some technical issues with my polo 6n2 1400 16v ahw engine code

Hello guys i am wondering if you can help me for the past few days i have been experiencing my polo not running quite right :\ it seems to idle fine when cold but when it goes to driving it when cold it missfires like a dog and a tiny little bit when warm have any of yous guys got any ideas

Do you have any lights on, on the dash?

had a 6n2 polo with similar issues, was the lambda sensor on manifold :/... try cleaning it down

Easier way just buy a new one

it had brand new cat and 02 sensor last month for mot and replaced leads today and still no better :'(

hmmm i should have mentioned but tbf its a bit of a worst case scenario... we found a similar problem after on the polo that ended up being cylinder 3's piston ring has gone... bit of a rare accurance.. but if you wanted to rule it out just clean the plugs up... run the engine for a bit and pull them back out... if there is one with a big difference in residue then its that cylinder

had compression test done on her and on cylinder 1 and 2 180 and 3-4 160 and replaced coil pack still does it but ti slightly better so im stuck for ideas now the egr doesnt help being blocked like and having no solonoid to open iot but once i get money together and get the pig of an old one off im going to replace them and buy solonoid but for time being going to replace temp sensor and knock and map sensor:) but those will be coming one by one after crimbo as i am skint

if i am going to own the car for a couple more years i am going to make sure that it runs sweet ahw engine 113k now

Get a vagcom scan on it see if any codes come up
