Okay so its been on the forum a while but not sure if anyone noticed so i thought i would explain it. There are "THANKS" and "LIKE/DISLIKE" buttons on each post which you can reward or remove peoples "Reputation" points.
Heres a pic showing u where:
Top right of each post (+) is for if you like someones post etc.
also top right of each post (-) is for if you dislike someones post for spam or completely useless comments.
There is also a thanks button which is at the bottom of each post, to be used if someone helps with something etc.
These will all add or remove points for your reputation.
Its not something brilliant but it adds something else to the forum
PS. I can check the logs to see who dislikes any of my posts
