Forum Updates

Forumotion who host our forum free of charge have added a few features to the forum so i thought i would explain a couple of the new additions and improvements.
 
Toolbar
As you will notice there is now a toolbar along the top of the page. It has a few functionalities.
- Search
This basically does as you would think... you can search the forum for topics etc.
- Share
Basically you can share the topic or page you are currently viewing by clicking one of the share buttons depending on where you wish to share it.
- Welcome Pane
If you click the part that says "Welcome (username)" you will notice a drop down box which shows everything including your avatar, private messages etc etc.
- Notifications
If you click the Notifications part then click "see all notifications" you can set what you want to bring up a notification. You can have notifications when someone replies to a topic you are watching etc etc.
 
Mobile Site
There have been major improvements on the mobile version of the forums. Basically making it easier to use the forum on a mobile phone while in "Mobile Mode". As i never use the mobile version i have not saw the changes but apparently its easier to use than before.
 
There have been a few other changes also all making the forum slightly easier to use etc etc however some of the new things have no need for me to go into them such as the topic reply options which now look slightly different but thats about it.
 
I will also be changing the forum slightly over the next few days but i will update people on this as and when things are changing.
