Bagged CC GT

Just signed up to here, thought I'd give a little history about me and my car!
First off, my car modding stared with my 3rd car, a little pug 106
Started like this



And ended up like this




But then I had a slight upgrade in cars when I blew my third engine up in the 106 and gave up with it!
Ended up buying a vw cc, pretty much top of range model as I thought 'fuck it' lets go all out! Haha



Wasn't long before it has white wheels and 40mm springs, few other bits too



Then coilovers and beige wheels lol



Then onto bags! Didn't want to be blowing engines and gearboxes up in this car! Haha




Still needs chassis notch but I never have enough money to spare on it at the moment ha

And then yesterday I picked up some new wheels only a test fit in the pics as I need spigot rings






Next up is chassis notch, then sort bodywork out then over winter refurb the wheels

Those wheels are gunna be sick man!

such a sick car. remember seeing it when I worked at Teesside Park McDonald's.

What do you do btw 'cause that was quite a jump in cars haha

just an electrician, bought it in my 3rd year of apprenticeship. Not a bad car to be driving around in at 19 eh! Haha
also helps living with mummy and daddy still though

Played around with spacers on the back too and I think I've come to the conclusion I need 20mm on the back but need to try some first, anyone on here able to help me with that? 5x112

It's tucking at the moment as the spacer I used was from my front wheels, ideally I think I need 20mm all round but I need to borrow one first before forking out the money for them!

Haha yeah probably, everywhere i go i used to get 'daddys car' until i aired out lol
the way i see it though is its my hobby, i don't drink or go out very often and i have something to show for the money i spend! And when i was car shopping i just said 'fuck it' in the end and splashed out lol

Been playing with spacers tonight

Changed the front from 15mm to 25mm
No decent before pics but here's some after ha. I think it sits perfect now





Ad then on the back I put the 15mm spacers, drivers side sits perfect but unfortunately I never got any pics of that. Passenger side however apparently has more camber which resulted in this

Looks unreal mate. I need a photoshoot of this! Shame about that arch, it a bit goosed or is it barely noticable?

yeah the arch has bent right in, going to 'sort' it out tonight but all the paints cracked
its also damaged my tyre while driving which i never noticed, i couldn't here any scrubbing noises at all but ive lost alot of tyre. So hopefully payday ill be forking out on some new rubber, bit more stretch too to help me sit the arch in the rim
